Of Earth
Has a 1 in 18-22 chance to root a target at their spot for 2-3 seconds (can still crouch to kindof evade and move screen around to shoot) but no moving around.
Maybe make like a animation of roots coming out of the earth and holding the feet of the player?
Low chance and time because no walking around is overpowered for any time longer than a second or two.
Also, this will be a rare suffix/trait.

Stuff like that has been suggested on NTG before, never passed, but I've always been partial to it.

It actually sounds pretty cool. While the gun itself should be OP so you just root 'em and get headshots, it actually sounds like a cool trait/suffix/thing.
