If a t or inno deals 90 damage to a guy then some other dude just pops in and hits a glock shot in the dudes thigh, the person who did most of the damage gets nothing, and I feel thats unfair. There should be an at least 3 exp bonus for an assist.

This would be a good idea in theory. But as is it means get good or no exp.

xp is more or less useless. Once you hit level 10, there is no extra benefits except a crate every five levels

Levels are generally looked at as a resemblance of skill, time played on the server, and a ranking system other than staff ranks.

that's not a situation that would fall only under this event, metagaming (tobi) is clearly against the rules and if any of that is seen we'd obviously punish them
