-1, it looks like a simple mistake.
He actually DID have DNA, you were probably standing next to the guy who had the DNA on, and confused you with him.

First screenshot, it looks like Bradley was just following a possible verbal KOS Tammy placed on Jerome. Either way, Tammy shot him first and Bradley seemed to just follow along.
Second screenshot, although he should be slain for that one, it looks like a mis-follow of DNA in a rushed situation. It definitely appears to be accidental.
Third one is my only concern here. I'll ask him what happened and follow up with the story on this thread.
Edit: Third screenshot was just a followup of the second, Bradley killed who he had the proper DNA on.
I don't feel any punishment should be served here.
