He means the suffix won't trigger silly.
I think a similar problem happened to the Jolly tiers their unique trait wouldn't trigger, let's wait and see what brass has to say.

Should be fixed now(on TTT only at the moment). Minor typo stopped certain traits from working with Melee's.
