I haven't seen an Umpty in forever have they gotten rarer or just so bad that no one keeps them?

I have two collecting dust in my bank, right next to a "Legendary" Banshee's. UMP's are GARBAGE on this server. Is it to much to ask for ONE decent UMP?
The only redeeming value is the "WHAT ARE THOSE!" trait, and since you can get that on any other gun, there's no point.
