Additional info: I gave him a free gun and I don't really deserver it back I shouldn't be giving away guns to people I don't trust. Its just upsetting when someone takes a gun like that.

Did you screenshot the leave?
Even so, I don't know that I want to ban him for 8 damage, could have been a misclick (and the following 12(?) damage as self-defense).
There's not really enough evidence either, he could have been called out falsely or whatever, no witnesses to testify it.
I'll leave this open for another mod to look at incase they feel differently about it.

no this was purely RDM and the damage after was the other persons self defense.

No proof of leave, and it's only like 12 damage, not a big deal. If they come back and cause problems they'll be banned obviously.
