What Happened?: he is constantly rdming with different methods

Evidence: in teen room he was discombombinb people and killed them but the map changed so i couldnt get proof there

I am not a witness. Literally no reports have been made since I've been on
EDIT: Since I've posted this two reports on him have been made, both of which were for inno on inno explosions
EDIT 2: Added another slay to him, left after it was made. Dark should be coming with evidence
