When you are alive you can trade people who are dead. It shows you all the dead people in the offer trade box even if the haven't been IDed.
EDIT: also igniting someone and then them spectating someone causes the person they are spectating to catch on fire. Also igniting a person in spectator mode allows them to fly around the map as a ball of fire.

Isn't the first one intentional? I thought it was. Actually, no, that'd be bad. Then people could ghost. Hm. I never thought it was a glitch so I never reported it. Dang.
If you !ignite a player and they spectate someone, yes, it burns the player they spectate. This is a natural part of Gmod. The "flying around as fire" has been a thing since FOREVER. Not a bug.
