Melee Weapon Ideas (Part 2) - ghasT_T - 09-23-2015

Wow, it's been a long time since I did my Part 1 Ideas. I hope you like my funky fresh ideas Cool
Brass Knuckles:
  • Firerate: +30%
  • Damage: +5%
  • Mobility: +12%
  • Unique Ability: None

Baseball Bat:
  • Firerate: +5%
  • Damage: +10%
  • Range: +10%
  • Unique Ability: Has a X in X chance to cause extra knockback

Lance:
  • Firerate: -15%
  • Damage: +20%
  • Range: +40%
  • Mobility: -5%
  • Unique Ability: None

Kunai:
  • Firerate: +20%
  • Damage: -10%
  • Range: +5%
  • Mobility: +18%
  • Unique Ability: Can be thrown. Successful hit has damage equal to a melee strike. Thrown Kunai may be picked up.

Flashlight:
  • Firerate: +5%
  • Damage: +5%
  • Range: +5%
  • Mobility: +7%
  • Unique Ability: While active, Flashlight is turned on, and is 2x as bright as the default flashlight. Pressing your Flashlight Key with this weapon equipped automatically switches to this weapon.

Pitchfork:
  • Firerate: -5%
  • Damage: +15%
  • Range: +10%
  • Mobility: +5%
  • Unique Ability: Increases Rate of Protests by up to 40%

why do people keep posting these.

unless you have models, they aren't going to be added, and even if you do, they still won't be added.

They are IDEAS, if Brass likes the ideas, he might make models for them. They ARE IDEAS

He told me before that he doesn't care about the ideas, you'd need a working SWEP for them, and nobody is going to create one out of the blue. You'd have to design not just the weapon, but its attack patterns and everything else. An absolutely HUGE pain, so if you can't find a SWEP, there's no point.

So, none.

+damage and +firerate seem a little insane on the same melee

If you could find SWEPs for these than yeh, I think there could be a chance. However, some of those stats are really overpowered for a melee...
