Date: 8/31/15 and other days
What happend: He likes to rdm a lot and disrespect others includeing myself. Lots of prop kill I guess I could say random koses without proof or reason. (Image of prop kill on richland:http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=510077346 ).
Witnesses: whoever Really he does it a lot, idk.
