Im going to say Planescape: Torment, I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream, Dear Esther and Spec Ops the Line.

Fallout games and all the half life games. And occasionally gmod serious rp servers have very good well written stories.

Yeah I had recently finished the mass effect series. I still am not sure why so many people did not like the ending of mass effect 3
