What Happened?: he/she rdm'd Celery God by propkilling, then attempted to kill Jasquizzle

Not too sure I can ban for that, since all I have is word of mouth for the real problem. If I could've banned for then than I'll know for next time. I'll leave this to someone more experienced.

I witnessed them rdming earlier as well, and it does show them doing some rdm, and then leaving after (although, there is no way for me to tell due to this that they DID prop kill celery).
The damaging in the first picture does show that it is very probable, and I'll leave a 3 day ban for this, just as a warning in case they do return.
