well i opened all four of my gift crates and nothing happen no pop up or anything it just disappeared and i got nothing

Aresuft thinks that you were using really small, crappy resolution, which may have caused it?

i have a 1280x1024 monitor but notchosen opened his fine and he has a smaller resolution then me

I opened 3 got fuck all and I run the game in 1080p borderless window. It doesn't matter about your res it's just luck
