How do I craft? or use my barbaric hilt, Godsword shard 1, 2, and 3?

Just take it to the npc on the lobby with all the stuff in your inventory and there should be an option for it. I always forget his name but i'm pretty sure it's Arvid. He's right by the banker and the key chest.
