As long as it's not a team based minigame nothing matters. If its team based it very punishable, it's more than rdm, you know who is your teammate. Can be a form of meta gaming since you fully know that person x is your teammate

I figured it was worse than just normal RDM. I.E: Inno pushes someone off during a boss round or something.
