He threw it directly at my chest, with literally no time to react. I don't get how adding a delay is that much of a disadvantage. It still one hits so I don't see the problem at all. They also leave no DNA as well.
Sure the delay is fine, but I feel like people really just want a tdm game in the skin of ttt sometimes.
Edit: I should say you also kinda wanted to completely neuter the harpoon in your original post. Taking it all the way down to 45 damage making it a poopier single use hard to use rifle.
