Its like an Tart or Ascultone Beam , first the beam then the aura( or bubble ) then it heals for X amount hp whoever is in it, this can affect others and yourself(like Tart or Ascultone) causing certain situations either a pain in the ass or actually helpfull, this doesnt just surround you like a regen bubble in the event or on NTG and heal you
