-1, it already helps increases DPS from hipfiring, the ball is fat as fuck and dmg is pretty good for it and included it heals the user of it, if you need to ADS to gain Accuracy to hit shots then thats the downside of the Djinn, you shouldnt be relaying on it when you cant hit shots.

its not supposed to be a downside, it was disabled to help stop consuming a rifle's shot while aiming down sights when a djinn ball proced

And if your Aiming Down sights, your trying to hit shots, not a combination of both, thats the trade off simple. Not tryna sound like a dick but its fine where it is imo. No more changes are needed for it
