If you mean the post above yours which is Eclipses, then no. The only people who handle reports are Unpoke/Brass.
This post will be up until Unpoke does applications sometime soon.
Somehow this one post triggered enough people to -1 the application without giving any feedback on how Kumo is as a person.
This surprises me as this is same community where my original member application was an admin application which was closed when I was promoted directly to moderator. When did everyone get so anal about member applications that a handful of outdated memes gets everyone to -1 you?
Anyway, I've played with Kumo a couple of hours the last week or so, he does not seem like a bad guy.
He didn't cause any problems but he didn't really make an impression on me +0
