1. Delete every single Distinguished M1 Garand in your inventory
2. Don't stop there, buy every one on the market and delete those too, keep buying and deleting them whenever they come up
3. Watch carefully when someone is rolling crates and patiently wait for the distinguished m1 garand to buy it and delete it
If you can do these 3 things you'll not just become a better staff member, you'll also become a better player at the game and an overall better person
