Try not to bump too often (maybe once every 2-3 days). People will continue to post when they see this thread and have something to say. Some people like to stay out of things like this because they don't know you well enough, nor the situation in which got you banned. Give it time.

I'm fine with giving him a chance. At worst, he repeats the cycle and gets banned again. He won't be given another chance. Some more responses and I'll give an answer.

after talking with him and seeing how he is now, I'd support a +1 for unban as he does seem very honest about changing.
