Well, I'm not too against giving him another shot. Worst case scenario he just gets banned again, as all it seems he did was argue nonstop. Anyone have any objections?

Yea, I don't see anything wrong with it. Might as well give the kid another shot. It'd be just as easy to ban him again as it is to unban him if he slips up anyways.
