So, uh, is this greenlit or O-K to do? Aresuft says that he'll only begin modelling if you're okay with the idea, Brass.
Also, I mean, change anything and everything you'd like about them. Those were just base ideas.

i think that the models should be no bigger than the legbiter, anything larger than that would just be obnoxious.

I wouldn't support straight up ripping the item from runescape, that feels super cheap.
I wouldn't mind a reference though, how about just a "god" sword?
