It means the worm quest.
The worm quest gave you a cooldown for worms when you would jihad or suicide during ttt. It was implemented because people legitimately killed themselves every round to farm worms on the first few days.
It has literally nothing to do with you.

Fixed the Rune Ritual UI when you fail, Rune of Fortunes not loading properly, Rune of Refresh displaying the wrong message when you reset the worm queen CD, and a few other things. Thanks for all the reports!
