I think it would be cool having a double barrel shotgun that SHOOTS FIREBALLS and gives you 200 hp for every kill and and and it spawns a dragon that drops nukess! Holy shit my imagination is rolling!

I think this is a pretty good idea.
The stats are very balanced (you only get 2 shots) and the special ability to shoot 2 at once is what makes it unique, like a godlike should be.
