Yeah I meant something along the lines of going through every thread within a short time posting random things, as well as posting a lot of pointless threads, all in a semi-short amount of time(within a few hours at least).

There's a rule about NO PORNOGRAPHY, NOT ABOUT SCREAMERS & SO!
That's why the rule needs to be refined to either require NSFW tags, post in the appropriate section or not tolerate it/tolerate it fully.
