Its clear that mcnuggie ricocheted himself duuh.
also you never know. I do have ghost procs sometimes when i kill someone and i get X markers after they died.

I think this also happened with Excel and Me. He shot me with his op kaiju shotgun of the phoenix but then I got double agonied for some reason. I didnt have any agony at the time nor did Excel.
