You do realize that requires you to kill 5 people all within 10 seconds of each other without dying right? Also the damage is only increased 15% per stack so its not like you get 75% right off the bat
But let's say you're Terran:
You can easily score 5 kills with it from the start, So even with that stack it just goes OP as fuck.

I think 5 people instantly would be tough for me, or anyone. I do play it slow and build up to a large number of kills. I HATE people who just immediately open fire instead of being tricky and stealthy. (Save if I trap all players and then use a minigun, eh eh eh,)
