The current ones should NOT be changed, only new drop rates implemented. Obviously.
That's pretty true though, Minehuis. But you gotta admit, would you ever use one of mine?

Your tier is an unlikely though, those stats are waaaay too good for being an unlikely....

Oh, yeah. But -80% damage is pretty insane. I mean, look at it. -80% damage. It'd be a fun gun, not a great one.

Oh yeh , but having firerate and clip making it were if I hold down for one second, i'll shoot like 20 bullets each doing about 5 dmg. Than yeh, that isn't balanced as an unlikely tier....
