I did pretty good with it when I picked it up as a T. Killed like three people with it before it was out of ammo and I couldn't find anymore.

also lightning is extremely delayed and doesnt even do any sort of massive damage by itself

The lightning does about 7-10 damage and usually triggers twice, so maybe 20 damage max after a few seconds. The Tartarus beam does AOE explosion damage and lights people on fire. Its a lot better.

Lets make the lightning more instant and less recoil, nerf the tartar sauce cuz ya know making one gun slightly less OP makes other guns feel better.

Thrakos can use a tweak, maybe on it's recoil (just a tiny bit better) but the lightning is insane already doesn't need to set people on fire. It targets them unlike any other god-like's laser on this server where you actually sort of have to aim.. accept with the tartarus cause that shits just plain OP.
