The orbital round is kinda like the survival mode in roblox.

ok so what if you have like the first infected has boosted health, slower, and infection doesnt kill them as fast. Also there is a time limit of 15 minutes and when the timer hits zero the survivors would win unless the infected won. Also the infected can always respawn or make them have limited lives.

Why not make the infected people comstantly lose health and the uninfected people unable to fight them?
