My CS:GO knife history~ - Grassx - 01-27-2017

To start off; CS:GO is shit and I'm shit at CS:GO. Big Grin

I started thinking about the different knives I've had throughout the course of CS. I figured some people might be interested? maybe? hopefully? (IF NOT OHWELL.)

Since the beginning, my dream gun was the AK-47 Fire Serpent. Every now and again I'd waste my money on the 5 dollar bravo case(They're worth more than 10 dollars now.) After quite some time, I un-boxed my first knife out of... You guessed it.. The bravo case. I un-boxed something MORE RARE THAN A COVERT SKIN.(I swear the upp'ed the rarity of the Fire serpent just to piss people off..) I was a bit salty, but it was a knife in the end right? It was a Field Tested Urban masked bayonet.

A few weeks later, not only did I win a knife in a casino type website, I also un-boxed another god damn bayonet Urban masked FT. This was within the same period of time that I un-boxed my First knife from an older crate as well.. Needless to say, I never thought I'd get my Fire serpent Sad

I eventually got better luck and opened a Bayonet Doppler from the chroma cases. The current doppler in my inventory is this blue one vvv.
Again, When the chroma 2 crates came out, I ended up un-boxing ANOTHER BAYONET DOPPLER, but a different phase then my current(Phases indicate different colours of the doppler skin.)
I eventually traded the second doppler for a Statrak Huntsman Slaughter.

Bayonets/Huntsman
Now, a few days later(I'm going according to my screenshot uploads on steam, so it may not be 100% accurate.. but the timing is fairly close) again, opened a knife. WOO~. It was a Flip Knife Tiger Tooth. Notice the marker? That's what my roll ended on. My heart dropped.

Including these knives, I also un-boxed decent non-skin items. I really don't remember much of it, but I managed to trade up for other nice skins. Statrak Huntsman Boreal forest, M4A1-S Masterpiece, AND! A AK-47 Fire Serpent~ WOOO. (The M9 Bayo Ultraviolet was Brass' un-boxed knife.. Tongue )

I had a break for awhile from un-boxing knifes, and moved on to gambling websites. I've won a lot of dollars worth of skins from different sites, but the only win worth mentioning would be my 0.14% pot. The way most of the pot based gambling sites worked was, you enter a certain amount of skins worth so much. The higher price the skin was worth, the more tickets you earned. So you would be assigned tickets from 1-1000 or something. So if someone enters a pot with 50 dollars worth, and the pot was 5 dollars worth, they have a good chance of winning, because they have the most tickets.

The skin that was worth 338 dollars was a karambit?(NGL I don't remember what skin it was... but I managed to trade for my current Karambit Ultraviolet 1:1)

Other un-boxed items/screenshots of my skins xD

I believe this is the final product of my inventory before I liquidated my items into keys(shortly before I took a break from CS as well...)

I decided to trade the majority of my items for keys because a lot of the high end items are priced in keys worth(and by "I", I mean Brass did 99% of the trading while I was at work. THANK YOU FOR THAT <3). I managed to reach my final goal of getting a Statrak Fire Serpent for ~320keys at the time. Now this was before all the gambling websites were shut down, so it was a decent deal. Unfortunately all prices of items have dropped because of the market crash Sad

I've tried displaying my progression the best way I can.. I apologize for the lack of organization. Tongue  I'm 99% sure I've missed some items(maybe knives..) in this post. But apparently they weren't worth my memory.

TL;DR Grass has crazy luck in gambling in counterstrike, but no skill in the ACTUAL game..

Ive spent around 2k~ on csgo and have gotten 6ish knives.

First Knife was a Huntsman Fade:
Second Knife was a Gut Knife Doppler
Third Knife was a Bayonet Doppler
Fourth Knife was a Gut Knife Safari Mesh Battle Scared(/cri)
Fifth Knife was a Huntsman Blue Steel Battle Scared (again)
Sixth Knife was a Flip Knife Marble Fade

I have really good luck in csgo for some reason.
