We could all use some new shops for different variations of items and stuff to get, right? Maybe think of some! I'll try to design a format you can use if you'd like, or just go wild.
Shop Name: (Weapon Shop, Crystal Shop, Low-Tier Shop, etc?)
Merchant Name: (E.G Vega Hoistway)
Item Types/Tiers: (FAMAS and Galils only? Melee's only?)
Item Rarities: (Unlikely + Legendary + Rare? Or Unlikely + Unlikely + Unlikely?)
Suffixes (Yes/No)
Special Shop Items: (Swift weapons, Agony suffix) (Yes/No)
Special Features: (Crystals come fully charged? Guns always have a suffix?)

I love the idea, I'm just worried it'd put too many caps and price limits on the actual marketplace, as well as make items extreeeeemely common.

Well what if we had a rotation then of these npc's? Randomly one would show up versus them always being there?

Also, I hope with so many shops, people will constantly be running low on Fragments, hence the server won't flood with stuff.
