Fairly big map that players can navigate, its got 2-3 floors and is pretty open, but I still somewhat secluded

+1 Seems like a relatively big map, but seems to fit the theme of the server in my opinion and looks pretty cool, always love having new maps. I see no reason why not to have it.

The map looks really good, however, in most parts of the map (mostly the 1st floor) I drop under 100 frames.

In this spot I drop down under 50 frames as I'm rendering the entire 1st floor and a little bit of the 2nd floor.
