stacking buffs from other sources w/ ocarina buffs = break game
such as class buffs and then ocarina buff makes guns 2 good
2 strong, outclasses other monthlies, should only offer one buff not 2.

i think the nerf should be,so it cant be stacked with other sources of buffs.
not 100% uptime, nerf values, plz anything at all, its been BiS for 5 months straight
Buff Stacking (not just for Ocarina) should definitely receive a cap.
And add cooldowns to buffs.

lots of little things that could improve it, those would help a lot. buff stacking is dumb, this isn't an mmo!
