I opened the game through the FRG launcher, have all of the content packs, have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, have css mounted and the texture is still missing.

I used to have it back when the weapon first came out, for whatever reason i don't have it now though.
im gonna get shit for this, but i download the moat content pack fixed and it for me
