Make it so that the disarm is 100%, but slow the speed of switching from the boomerang to anything else to prevent cheesing.
But 100% disarm pls.

As for the topic I 100% support boomerangs disarm rate to be 100%(is that 10000% support?), having it be anything else makes the boomerang a pretty useless misc item.
If this needs balance the boomerang could break if used on someone(if it's deemed to be that strong).
