weird sometimes it does for me like if im standing at the edge of a cliff and teleport to someone on the ground and they die of fall damage ill often get the kill.

Except its still very punishable?
Any and all damage is reportable (which means slayable...)
Also because it does 2 damage it is very obvious to tell that the book user killed you. Unless staff are incompetent and don't know how to view death scene, its incredibly easy to prove if you've been killed via teleport spell.
