Forerunner Gaming

Recently I've been getting some strange things happening that end up crashing my game when I open gift packages some of the time. I will try to open one, it will give me the loot, but the box won't go away and I can't do anything except switch weapons and shoot. After the time is up this appears and crashes my game.

This is a bug that has been reported alot, not too sure what is happening. I've only had this happen once.

I once opened a gift package, it got stuck on my screen and then it crashed my computer once. I told brass and he just said weird.
