Not Really,
It's a Mac10 with RIDICULOUS Firerate, so it's gonna need new ammo almost constantly.
It's required to be LEVELED.
The Trait is actually balanced, because say you had 10 health, sure, you would do a LOT more damage, but practically ANYTHING can kill you. ANYTHING.
If this still seems OP, maybe make the user take MORE damage the higher their health, and less damage the lower their health?
