Everytime i pick it up it gets removed from my !xmas. and Santa displays 0/0 while trying to get it. Every time i click Accept Quest it works but then it doesnt show up on !xmas and presents dont spawn.
I had that problem as well. Brass apparently has a failsafe if someone manages to get past Santa's cockblock. My cooldown was supposed to reset last night, but it made me wait an extra twenty hours for some reason.
i was supposed to be abl to get it 4 hours ago.
This seems to happen when you still have a cooldown, but it clears somehow letting you see the quest menu.
Let me know if this is still happening to people(keeping this open).
