Forerunner Gaming - Skins/Background Theme unviewable

Can't view skins on weapons/items from the new Christmas shift/background (been like this for a bit, it might just be me.)

I'm not sure if I'm missing textures from a certain game or something but since the beginning of the seasonal, I haven't been able
to see any of the Ultra Rare Skins/Rare ones. Some of the normal ones I can view but others I can't and are just purple and black checkerboard missing texture.
As I haven't seen anyone else talk about this issue, it seems it's just me but I wanted to bring this up just incase.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Gmod, still same issue. thanks

I had a similar issue once and for some reason I had to install through the frg launcher, but I was missing a lot of textures, it could be something overlapping, I would recommend unsubbing from addons and make sure when you reinstall, you wipe the cache gmod folder and your workshop folder under steam, you might have to restart steam for that.

Yea, I just fully went into the gmod folder and factory reset it basically, had to redownload everything but it works now, finally. Thanks for the help!
