Coin Sink Idea

There should be a new shop in the lobby, which will "sell" you untradeable/unkeyable/etc weapons for coins. After 1, 7 or 30 days (Depending on how long you "Purchased" it for), the gun will be removed from your inventory. Basically, you could rent whatever gun you wanted. Wanna try out one of those Extinct guns? Just pay some bucks.

The only people who would disagree with this would be jealous fucks who just don't want others to try out new weapons. It'd basically be a large catalog of whatever guns you wanted to try out, or even possibly tiers. Maybe you could rent guns for Rubies too at a discount.

If you want to expand upon it, add new types of shards that you can use to "Customize" the gun you rent a little bit. Add a different trait, maybe try a suffix. Cost would multiply, but it'd be fun. Really, its just a feature to let people try out cool shit and have fun while wasting coins.

that would fuck up so much shit, imagine trying to sell a really expensive gun but no one wants to buy it because they can rent it instead.


rare guns are supposed to be hard to obtain, might as well add a godlike vendor in general that sells them all

How about a rune of power buff that lets you choose what gun you'd like, it would have to have it's selection increased and untradeable versions would be added to market

That's a good idea, however I believe the ones on the market would need to be pretty expensive so that getting the runes from the rune trader would be worth it

Except that's not gonna happen, because people love owning stuff, not renting stuff. People love being able to show off their flashy guns that THEY own. There are very easy ways to balance this idea instead of assuming "Everyone's gonna have everything they want oh no the economy".
-Make them expensive to rent
-Make there a limited amount to rent per week (example 5 railguns rented out max)
-Have a selection of 5 randomly chosen guns each week which people can choose from. For example a pool of 3 primordials, and 2 godlikes or something, instead of anyone being able to rent anything.
